📋 Description

• Lead the growth and performance of the Interventional Therapies portfolio • Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion • Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management • Manage and optimize distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans • Develop and execute pricing, commercial, and go-to-market strategies • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key customers, healthcare institutions, and stakeholders • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and clinical teams • Provide business updates, revenue reports, forecasting insights, and performance reviews to regional leadership • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries • Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets • Strong experience in distributor-led business models, commercial strategy, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization • Fluency in English and Arabic • Experience in cardiovascular therapies, interventional therapies, or specialty medical device businesses • Experience managing complex healthcare stakeholder environments and KOL engagement
