• Support commercial growth within assigned accounts and the broader territory • Provide clinical and technical support before, during and after procedures • Assist with case preparation, product demonstrations, installations and first-line product support, as appropriate to the role • Respond to technical and application-related queries from sales colleagues and external stakeholders • Help deliver on-site education, consultation and customer follow-up while following Medtronic policies and hospital protocols • Work alongside experienced colleagues to build clinical, technical and customer engagement skills • Gain exposure to customer support, procedure preparation and on-site education in a field-based environment
• Currently in the final year of studies, with graduation expected in 2026/2027, or recently completed studies • A Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Technology or a National Diploma in Clinical Technology, specialization in Cardiology • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English • Able to travel to support customer needs • Must be currently unemployed • Must be South African citizen • Must be under the age of 30 • Have not participated in a YES programme previously • Should not be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in postgraduate studies • Commits to complete 12-month internship
