• Manage the overall Global Business Partnerships Team • Provide administrative support (calendars, meetings, travel coordination) • Perform non-routine administrative tasks, including special projects or assignments • Report on information relevant to the VP’s assignments • Use problem-solving skills for process improvement • Assist with onboarding new staff members • Manage logistics for quarterly strategic meetings
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 6+ years of administrative support experience • Strong organizational, technical, communication, and influencing skills • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Experience with confidential and trusted information • Ability to travel 3 to 4 times per year, approximately 10 to 12 days annually
