📋 Description

• Development, structuring and implementation of market development initiatives in medical technology — from diagnosis to therapy • Supporting hospitals and healthcare institutions in the analysis, further development and implementation of relevant care and process structures • Identifying, analyzing and resolving organizational, procedural and structural barriers across the patient care pathway • Building and developing networks, cooperation models and referral structures within and between healthcare institutions • Communicating and promoting health-economic, organizational and digital solution approaches in healthcare • Establishing long-term customer relationships with relevant stakeholders across Austria • Close collaboration with the entire team on national market development projects as well as the introduction of new solutions and concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Health Management, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, medical technology, digital health or a comparable environment • Good understanding of the hospital landscape and organizational workflows in healthcare institutions • Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset for diverse strategic and operational challenges • Ability to critically read and interpret clinical studies and medical evidence and to translate them pragmatically for customer and internal discussions • Fluent written and spoken English and German for effective internal communication and customer contact • Willingness to travel approx. 50% within Austria and occasional international travel, and a valid driving license
