📋 Description

• Develop, structure and implement market development initiatives in the medical technology field — from diagnosis to therapy • Support hospitals and healthcare providers in analyzing, improving and implementing relevant care and process structures • Identify, analyze and resolve organizational, procedural and structural barriers along the patient care pathway • Build and expand networks, cooperation models and referral structures within and between healthcare providers • Communicate and promote health-economic, organizational and digital solution approaches in healthcare • Establish long-term customer relationships with relevant stakeholders across Austria • Work closely with the entire team on national market development projects and on the introduction of new solutions and concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, Economics, Life Sciences or a comparable field • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, medical technology, digital health or a comparable environment • Good understanding of the hospital landscape and organizational workflows in healthcare institutions • Flexibility and solution-oriented thinking for diverse strategic and operational challenges • Ability to read, interpret and practically contextualize clinical studies and medical evidence for customer and internal discussions • Excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills • Fluent written and spoken English and German for effective internal communication and customer contact • Willingness to travel ~50% within Austria and occasional international travel, and a valid driving license • Ideally, you have a strong digital affinity and an interest in digital health solutions • A solid basic understanding of cardiology, ideally with exposure to cardiac arrhythmias, would be an additional advantage.
