📋 Description

• Drive adoption and market growth of CRM diagnostics and therapies across the Alpine, Greece and Israel region • Develop and execute market development strategies increasing physician awareness, therapy utilisation and patient access • Identify barriers to adoption and implement initiatives accelerating therapy uptake • Support development of Centres of Excellence, therapy champions and KOL advocacy networks • Partner with Market Development Specialists, Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to expand procedural volumes and market penetration • Analyse and optimise referral pathways for patients eligible for diagnostic devices, defibrillation and physiologic pacing therapies • Work with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, heart failure teams and hospital stakeholders to improve patient identification and access • Support pathway redesign initiatives improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency • Partner with CRM Commercial Leadership on growth strategies for CRM Diagnostics and Therapies • Collaborate with associations, Health Economics and Market Access teams to accelerate therapy adoption • Support national and territory tenders, commercial agreements and value-based proposals • Assist Territory Managers with bespoke commercial offerings and account-specific growth plans • Build and maintain relationships with leading electrophysiologists, pacing, stroke and heart failure specialists • Support physician education programmes, workshops, proctorships and peer-to-peer learning initiatives • Collaborate with professional societies and clinical networks to promote innovative CRM therapies • Establish and develop national and regional therapy advocates • Provide strategic leadership across the Alpine, Greece and Israel regional CRM organisation, bridging international strategy with local execution

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in a relevant field • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a field role within medical devices • Proven track record in market development activities within medical devices • Strong ability to understand the field of Cardiac Rhythm Management, electrophysiology or cardiovascular care • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills • Commercial acumen, including experience supporting tenders, contracts or strategic sales initiatives • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel across Europe, especially Austria, Switzerland, Greece and Israel, for around 40% of working time • CRM market experience and knowledge of CRM therapies and diagnostics considered an advantage • Understanding of scientific publications and clinical study principles desirable • Experience with hospital and healthcare procurement processes desirable • Understanding of value-based healthcare principles desirable • Experience in healthcare pathway redesign or project leadership an additional asset
