📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate product launches, product management, market analysis, and market research activities with global and European teams • Work directly with country downstream marketing managers to identify new marketing opportunities and support country-initiated activities • Run the process for finalizing, reviewing, and obtaining approval for promotional content with clinical, regulatory, and legal stakeholders • Schedule and plan projects and marketing campaigns, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion • Support the organization of European internal and external events and congresses • Collaborate with global and strategic marketing teams on preparing and executing regional marketing plans • Report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Defibrillation Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in life-science, bio-engineering or other relevant degree; alternatively, university degree in Business and Marketing with proven experience in the medical device industry or MSc in Healthcare • MSc in Marketing or Business is a plus • At least 7 years of experience in the medical device industry in a marketing or sales role • Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management business is a plus but not mandatory • Regional experience is a plus • Proficiency in English; any other European language is a plus • Willingness to travel across Europe up to 40% • Process-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with multiple country and headquarters stakeholders
