• Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support, and market development initiatives • Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for customers, distributors, and internal teams • Lead product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring successful adoption of current and future innovations • Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and barriers to adoption to inform business strategy and growth plans • Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth strategies, achieve revenue targets, and optimize portfolio performance • Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and impactful marketing and scientific communication materials • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Head & Neck surgeons and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance clinical, educational, and commercial objectives • Report to the Marketing Director while working remotely
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 4 years’ experience in downstream marketing, preferably within medical devices or healthcare • Demonstrated experience working in cross-regional environments • Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority • Proven project management and execution capabilities • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
