• Drive sales growth by promoting the Aortic & Cardiac Surgery portfolio within the assigned territory • Build and maintain relationships with cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, operating room staff, and other clinical stakeholders • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures • Identify new business opportunities, develop territory plans, and achieve agreed sales objectives • Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and training sessions for healthcare professionals • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs, business initiatives, and product launches • Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence • Work closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory • Travel regularly to customer sites, including operating rooms and catheterization laboratories • Report to the Business leader and contribute to business growth and customer experience
• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiovascular, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, or a related specialty • Strong understanding of hospital workflows and the cardiovascular clinical environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, manage a sales territory, and consistently achieve sales targets • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory • Ability to provide product support, clinical education, and case coverage in operating rooms and catheterization laboratories • Compliance with company policies and industry regulations
