📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as medical affairs, clinical, marketing, legal, compliance and commercial leaders to identify educational needs related to new therapies, clinical evidence, or procedural advancements. • Review feedback from physicians, field teams, and program participants to refine medical education content and ensure that learning materials remain clinically relevant, evidence based, and aligned with global medical education standards. • Plan and deliver high quality medical education programs for healthcare professionals through formats such as workshops, symposia, proctorships, and hands on training sessions. • Support the development of medical education materials, course structures, and learning methodologies that facilitate effective knowledge transfer. • Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, track participation and learning outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen clinical engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory environment, clinical training, field sales or support within the medical device or healthcare industry, or equivalent experience. • OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience • OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs. • Ability to manage training projects from design through implementation. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to improve processes, systems, or training effectiveness. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and cross functional teams. • Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues and coordinating work across project teams. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Exposure or experience of interventional cardiology is good to have.
