📋 Description

• Execute technical, clinical and skills training focused on sales, system implementation and customer support for Robotics • Design and deploy training programs for new employees and Robotics business initiatives • Partner with local field management to support ongoing sales team development • Identify training needs and skill or knowledge gaps with regional stakeholders • Design and develop training courses with Global and Regional departments • Implement 80% standardization and 20% customization when required • Deliver clinical and technical content through blended, synchronous and asynchronous learning • Evaluate training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys and feedback • Create mechanisms to measure learning outcomes • Foster cross-departmental training collaboration and continuous improvement • Deliver significant hands-on training at the IRCAD training center in Strasbourg, France • Report into Western European Surgical Sales Training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas • Strong commercial acumen • Excellent communication skills • Genuine enthusiasm for training and development • Commitment to teamwork • In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture • Operating Room knowledge, ideally with Robotic experience • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities • Experience in multicultural organizations, particularly different learning and thinking styles • Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization • Proven track record of individual and team achievement • Experience with project management/project leadership • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently • Excellent spoken and written English required • European language capability desired • Ability to travel up to 50% across the region and occasional international travel
