📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team • Take features from requirement refinement through production release • Own, stabilize, and improve existing Angular codebase areas • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with Vitest • Create lightweight design documentation • Contribute to frontend architecture and platform health decisions • Improve performance, upgrade frameworks, maintain NX monorepo structure, and improve CI/CD • Build frontend experiences for AI-powered clinical and administrative products • Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred) • Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing metrics that measure outcomes • Strong product and UX judgment • Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns • Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in production, including complex reactive flows, stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, and error handling • Expertise designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale • Hands-on unit testing experience; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar • Ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents • Understanding of agent principles including context, tools, and feedback loops • Ability to structure code and documentation for effective agent use • Comfort working across the backend boundary, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer issue tracing • Intermediate English (B1+) • Fluent Russian • Full overlap with CET working hours
