📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an AI product area across multiple communication channels • Translate patient and business needs into product priorities and high-impact solutions • Improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative development • Partner with AI Engineers on AI behavior and production implementation • Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and connect improvements to measurable business outcomes • Drive product discovery through hypothesis validation, data analysis, and user feedback • Lead a small, cross-functional product team • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams on end-to-end solutions • Ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality in a regulated healthcare environment • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, and risks across stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with genuine end-to-end ownership • 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML-based products in production • Strong understanding of prompting, evaluation, iteration, failure modes, and continuous quality improvement • Experience forming hypotheses, running experiments, measuring outcomes, and making evidence-based product decisions • Strong analytical skills, including defining product KPIs and working with data • Structured problem-solving skills and ability to make evidence-based decisions under ambiguity • Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams and discussing technical implementation details • Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for outcomes • Professional proficiency in Russian and English, including communication with native speakers • Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours • Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries would be a plus • Experience with operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization products would be a plus
