📋 Description

• Execute high-quality English-to-Norwegian translations and localizations • Localize e-learning, Knowledge Base articles, customer communications, emails, and guides • Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows while maintaining human review for quality • Ensure AI-assisted content reflects Mercell’s brand voice and local procurement nuances • Collaborate within the Delivery Department and align localization with broader content strategy • Manage content review cycles with product teams • Revise localized materials based on internal feedback and product updates • Create mock tenders to capture accurate labels and screenshots for educational materials • Write and audit alternative text for digital imagery to maintain accessibility standards • Update localized assets to reflect product developments and ensure consistent user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in Norwegian • Deep understanding of local business nuances • High proficiency in navigating SaaS platforms and content management tools • Meticulous approach to grammar, tone, and technical accuracy • Strong ability to coordinate between Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery teams • Ability to manage multiple localization streams and meet tight deadlines • Fluent in English • Previous experience in localization, translation, or content management within a SaaS or international business environment preferred • Experience within public procurement or regulated sectors advantageous but not required • Already based in, or have existing work authorization for, Norway • Must be available for a temporary contract through 31 December 2026
