📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other diverse scripts • Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Provide recordings for training and evaluating next-generation text-to-speech systems • Contribute recordings used exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent

🎯 Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America • Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent • Clear, natural, and expressive voice • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration • Comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time • Prior voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required • Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred • Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred • Ability to deliver conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm vocal styles is preferred
