📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts • Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Contribute recordings to training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems • Recordings will be used exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be cloned for that use case • Work independently on a flexible schedule • Collaborate with leading researchers on AI training projects

🎯 Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America • Neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent • Clear, natural, and expressive voice • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent • Independent contractor engagement • Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred • Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred • Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles is preferred • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
