📋 Description

• Understand and gather user requirements • Model and create mock-ups for requirements • Propose a technical and organizational structure around the requirements • Develop solutions using the tools provided and in compliance with the organization’s constraints • Deploy solutions to production, including through data migration and system migrations • Support users during production deployment • Work as part of a team of five IT engineers • Work across the Asset Management and Real Estate areas, as well as cross-functional activities including front office, middle office, master data management, internal control, and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education qualification (Master’s degree equivalent, Bac +5) • At least 4 years of professional experience • Excellent command of Microsoft development tools • Proficiency in C# • Interest in or experience within the financial services sector • Experience with Microsoft tools and systems • Enjoyment of working directly with users • Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Curiosity, rigor, pragmatism, and a strong service orientation
