📋 Description

• Take responsibility for HR controlling and continuously develop controlling structures, processes, and methods. • Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Finance, and People & Culture to improve operational business management. • Establish a consistent basis for financial and personnel-related decisions. • Implement standardized controlling methods, KPIs, and reporting standards for Finance and HR. • Ensure a transparent, consistent, and efficient data foundation. • Assume central responsibility for HR controlling within the FP&A team. • Ensure smooth collaboration with People & Culture. • Further develop controlling processes, reduce information gaps at interfaces, and establish clear responsibilities as well as efficient coordination and decision-making processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or HR controlling; alternatively, experience supporting companies in developing their finance and controlling functions in a consulting environment. • Ideally, experience in personnel budgeting, personnel cost planning, headcount planning, and analyzing relevant HR metrics. • Close collaboration with operational teams and various departments; clear communication and an independent, solution-oriented working style. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, along with a pronounced ability to understand interdependencies. • Excellent Excel skills. • Ideally, experience with ERP systems and modern planning and reporting tools. • Confident communication skills in German and English.
