📋 Description

• Support accounts payable and receivables on a part-time basis • Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before approval routing • Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports • Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts • Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups • Help clear older and miscoded bills during the first two months

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable experience • Bill.com and NetSuite experience • Reliable availability during US business hours • Fluent written English • Spanish a plus
