📋 Description

• Join the Construction Integrated Management team • Monitor and control service measurements, tracking receipt and approval progress • Receive, review, and enter invoices into the system, ensuring data consistency and compliance with deadlines • Open requisitions for partner contracting and monitor the progress of requests • Create purchase orders and monitor billing release approvals • Track deadlines for reports and document submissions, following up and aligning with the responsible parties • Organize and monitor administrative deliverables, keeping controls up to date and flagging outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office • Availability to work outside regular business hours • Experience with financial management in construction projects is a plus
