📋 Description
• Own product and engineering strategy for Back of House end to end across a multi-service architecture • Run globally distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones • Build a management team and develop senior individual contributors • Improve reliability, performance and technical debt while maintaining customer delivery • Decide where AI belongs in the Back of House product • Ship AI-driven improvements that change how hotel teams work • Report into senior leadership and collaborate with globally distributed teams
🎯 Requirements
• Combined Product and Engineering ownership at VP level, with clear end-to-end ownership of a complex, multi-service product domain • Track record running globally distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones • Experience operating inside a scaling SaaS business, ideally Series C through pre-IPO or recently public, as an operator rather than an adviser • Experience managing managers, developing senior individual contributors, and building healthy team cultures at scale • Track record improving reliability, performance and technical debt without stopping delivery • AI Fluency Level 4 or equivalent hands-on experience • Must have shipped AI as a genuine part of a product, not merely used AI to speed up personal workflow • Hands-on hospitality technology experience, travel technology experience, or founder/early-stage builder experience are nice to have
