📋 Description

• Provide expert advice to customers on Cell & Gene Therapy processes and workflows • Perform instrument demonstrations, technical trainings and technical support in-field at new and existing customer sites for the complete clinical workflow • Develop GMP-compliant cell therapy processes aligned with customer application needs • Build and maintain collaborative technical-level customer relationships • Support and assist in the complaint process to ensure complaints are fully investigated and resolved in a timely manner • Keep the customer database up to date • Participate regularly in training to maintain current technical knowledge on clinical products, applications and regulatory topics • Organize seminars and product demonstrations with Account Managers • Represent Miltenyi at scientific conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows • Develop, implement and monitor action plans with the Sales team to grow sales • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and report to the Group Leader Application Specialists Benelux

🎯 Requirements

• MSc or PhD, preferably in cell biology, immunology or a related field, with a strong scientific background in regenerative medicine, cell & gene therapy and/or bioprocesses • Proven laboratory experience within academia, biotech, CRO/CMO or pharmaceutical organizations • Essential Cell & Gene Therapy, cell culture & cell handling experience • GMP knowledge desirable • Strong verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings • Fluent in English is mandatory • Fluent in Dutch is a plus • Real team player, with a can-do mindset, strong work ethic, customer-oriented, commercial acumen and excellent planning and relationship building skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications • Willing to travel extensively within Benelux, mainly Netherlands • A valid driving license is mandatory for this role
