📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand communications • Design leaflets, booklets, catalogues, guidebooks, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials • Develop branding and visual identities for new products from concept to final execution • Design product packaging, labels, and supporting print materials • Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and online promotions • Retouch and enhance visuals using Photoshop for web and social media banners • Maintain consistent brand identity across visual touchpoints, particularly print materials • Collaborate with Product and Brand Managers, Copywriters, Marketers, and other cross-functional teams to translate briefs into visual concepts • Manage designs from concept through final, production-ready artwork and coordinate with print vendors when required • Use AI-enabled creative tools to improve productivity and explore creative possibilities • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in marketing, retail, or e-commerce • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print design, product branding, packaging, brochures, catalogues, flyers, and promotional campaigns • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Working knowledge of Figma and AI-enabled creative tools • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency • Experience with print-ready artwork and production processes • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing preferred • Exposure to global brand and campaign design standards preferred • Interest in AI, emerging creative technologies, and innovative design workflows
