📋 Description

• Find influencers and UGC creators matching the target audience, focusing strongly on the Ukrainian market • Build and maintain partnerships through regular communication and engagement • Analyze purchased-content performance and identify ways to reduce costs without compromising quality • Own the process from sourcing and communication through budgeting and analytics • Build the UGC partnership system from scratch • Manage and update the partner database, keeping data structured, accurate, and complete • Monitor content trends, gather ideas, and initiate new creative formats • Scale Mindly through creator, influencer, and actor partnerships and creative collaborations that drive performance in the Ukrainian market and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience across the Ukrainian market • Experience purchasing UGC content, from negotiations through tracking final results • Excellent communication and self-organization skills • Producer mindset with the ability to identify content potential and evaluate impact • B2/C1 English with strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the mental health niche or other B2C industries (nice to have) • Experience working with the US market (nice to have)
