📋 Description

• Find influencers and UGC creators matching the target audience, with a strong focus on the Ukrainian market • Build and maintain partnerships through regular communication and engagement • Analyze purchased-content performance and identify ways to reduce costs without compromising quality • Own the process from sourcing and communication through budgeting and analytics • Build the influencer/UGC partnership system from scratch • Manage and update the partner database, ensuring structured, accurate, and complete data • Monitor content trends, gather ideas, and initiate creative formats to engage the audience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (Ukrainian market is a big plus) • Experience purchasing UGC content, from negotiations to tracking final results • Excellent communication and self-organization skills • Producer mindset: ability to see the potential in content and evaluate its impact • B2/C1 English with strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the mental health niche or other B2C industries (nice to have) • Experience working with the US market (nice to have) • Ideally based in the CET or EET time zone
