📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to students in academic, personal, and career development through counseling sessions on the Mind You platform • Work with students to identify and address their individual needs and concerns • Provide information and resources • Help students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in school and beyond • Ensure the safety of the students through following appropriate risk and escalation protocols

🎯 Requirements

• MA in Guidance Counseling • Professional Regulatory Commission License in Guidance Counseling • Any counseling or therapeutic work or internship experience • Open to newly licensed professionals • Understanding of psychological concepts • Good grasp of different therapeutic techniques • A guiding therapeutic theory, system, or framework • Good and clear communication skills
