📋 Description

• Ensure the production environment is operational; • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency; • Implement governance for transactional data; • Develop and maintain maintenance routines; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding requirement definition and delivering data solutions aligned with business needs; • Work on environment improvement projects and technology evolution; • Ensure data security and compliance, adhering to regulations and best practices for privacy and protection of sensitive information; • Implement environment observability practices to drive continuous improvement; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding requirement definition and delivering data solutions aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge in performance optimization and routine tuning; • Proven experience with SQL Server; • Knowledge of PostgreSQL; • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow); • Experience with data replication and high-availability strategies; • Knowledge of user access control and configuration (profiles, roles, and permissions); • Performing health checks on database servers and instances; • Monitoring and tuning of queries, indexes, and SQL Server configurations; • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, with a focus on results and uptime; • Analytical, collaborative, and inquisitive profile (always seeking a constructive approach), with a continuous improvement mindset.
