📋 Description

• Work on medium- and high-complexity projects, developing and maintaining enterprise applications • Develop scalable solutions using Python and Node.js • Participate in gathering, analyzing, and detailing requirements with business teams • Develop integrations between systems through RESTful APIs • Perform testing, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application performance • Carry out system enhancements and corrective maintenance, ensuring stability and availability • Develop queries and routines for relational databases • Create Generative AI-based solutions for automation and decision support • Prepare presentations and executive reports for internal clients and stakeholders • Work autonomously in defining and implementing technical solutions, contributing to development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field • Strong experience in Python development • Strong experience in Node.js development • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs • Advanced SQL knowledge • Experience modeling and managing relational databases • Knowledge of version control using Git • Experience testing, debugging, and resolving application issues • Ability to work autonomously on medium- and high-complexity projects • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Strong communication skills with technical and business teams • Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions • Organization, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility • Ability to present results and KPIs to internal clients • Preferred knowledge of LangChain, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models such as Llama, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation (LLM-as-a-Judge) • Experience developing virtual assistants, intelligent agents, and Generative AI-based solutions • Knowledge of Grafana and application metrics monitoring • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • A plus: experience applying AI to business, distributed architectures, microservices, AI-powered process automation, and digital transformation
