📋 Description

• Support and enhance AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect and related platform services • Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Automate operational tasks using Python and AWS CLI • Support incident response, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery, and production readiness activities • Build self-healing automation and operational runbooks to reduce manual effort • Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and release management activities • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve cloud scalability, security, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, and DynamoDB • Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with Python, AWS CLI, PowerShell, or similar automation tools • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry • Experience supporting production environments, incident management, change management, and release management • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) — nice to have • Experience with Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, or other CCaaS platforms — nice to have • Experience with ServiceNow and automated remediation solutions — nice to have • Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and operational resiliency — nice to have
