📋 Description

• Learn how business processes work and help improve them • Help document processes, workflows, and business requirements • Support quality, information security, business continuity, and risk management activities • Assist in identifying risks and improvement opportunities • Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews • Help prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation • Work with different teams to collect information and support improvement projects • Learn how ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 are applied in an IT company

🎯 Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, Economics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Interest in business processes, quality, security, or risk management • Ability to organize information and create clear documentation • Good communication skills and willingness to learn • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools • English level B2 or higher • Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools (nice to have) • Basic understanding of ISO standards, quality management, or information security (nice to have) • Interest in auditing, compliance, or continuous improvement (nice to have)
