📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services in Golang, including RESTful APIs and data contracts • Implement and support asynchronous, event-driven communication • Ensure message reliability, error handling, and backward compatibility • Contribute to distributed systems and microservices development • Improve application performance, reliability, and resource utilization • Participate in technical discussions and implementation activities • Collaborate through code reviews and knowledge sharing • Write and maintain unit and integration tests for APIs, business logic, and integrations • Develop secure APIs and service integrations using authentication and authorization best practices • Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other third-party systems • Support and maintain integrations between internal services and external enterprise platforms • Occasionally contribute to React-based frontend functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Experience building backend applications and services using Golang • Good understanding of concurrency in Golang and asynchronous workflows • Experience with event-driven architectures and message handling (e.g., Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies) • Experience with AWS and cloud-native environments • Experience developing RESTful APIs and service integrations • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API development principles • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing • Experience with React, TypeScript, Protobuf, Azure or GCP (nice to have) • Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar IAM solutions (nice to have) • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus (nice to have)
