📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI Fabric platform services, APIs, microservices, and web applications • Support bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, routing, integrations, and platform operations • Build scalable cloud-native and event-driven solutions using Go, Python, Java, Kafka, and AWS/Azure/GCP services • Develop and support LiveKit-based voice and real-time communication capabilities • Integrate voice, media, AI, routing, transfer, and telephony systems • Build frontend experiences for self-service onboarding, administration, monitoring, and operational management • Implement enterprise integrations with AI/ML, Conversational AI, contact center, CRM, backend, and third-party systems • Establish and maintain CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, monitoring, and production-readiness standards • Troubleshoot production issues • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams • Leverage enterprise-approved AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong expertise in cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka/event streaming • Experience with CI/CD and production support • Strong frontend development experience using React, Angular, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks • Ability to build responsive web applications and user interfaces • Experience designing secure enterprise integrations, APIs, and backend systems • Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, observability, and security • Experience with Conversational AI, chatbot platforms, AI/ML, voice/telephony, or real-time communication systems • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in enterprise environments • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and across Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams • Experience with LiveKit and real-time voice/communication platforms is nice to have • Experience with Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, or other contact center/telephony platforms is nice to have • Experience with Databricks, advanced AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, or multi-provider AI platforms is nice to have • Experience building self-service platforms, administration portals, operational dashboards, or enterprise-scale AI/contact center solutions is nice to have
