📋 Description
• Develop the technical foundations for the group-wide Microsoft platform • Build the architecture, validate a pilot migration, and provide a documented, code-based platform as part of a greenfield project • Take responsibility for the project, provide functional leadership for IT coordination across the subsidiaries, and report to the Group COO • Create Terraform and PowerShell/Microsoft Graph automations as well as pipeline definitions • Design a tenant topology comprising a holding company tenant, a separate academic tenant, and a scalable model for external identities • Collaborate with a Microsoft licensing partner on permissions reviews and licensing
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience as a Cloud, Platform, or Microsoft 365 Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and M365, ideally in greenfield projects • Very strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation, such as Terraform, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience planning and executing tenant consolidations and migrations, as well as Identity and Access Management solutions • Demonstrated expertise through certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-305, SC-300, and AZ-500/SC-500 • Ability to independently implement complex technical initiatives and provide functional leadership to diverse stakeholders • Excellent German language skills at C1 level or above • Proficiency in spoken and written English
