📋 Description

• Break down complex problems • Identify core issues in analyses • Craft suitable recommendations • Collaborate with clients and project teams • Lead teams through problem-solving processes • Provide recommendations that are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive

🎯 Requirements

• 4 -10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) • In-depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings • Fluency in English and German is required • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program • Willingness to travel • Know how to take the initiative • Creativity • Have an aptitude for analytical work
