📋 Description

• Provide direct support to HR teams and employees, serving as the point of contact for benefits-related inquiries (health, life, and dental) • Manage requests such as enrollments, terminations, changes, and benefit-related questions • Provide support with reimbursement matters and the use of insurance carrier apps • Track requests and liaise with insurance carriers • Support the resolution of operational issues, ensuring high-quality service • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are routed appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification • Advanced English proficiency • Previous experience handling high-volume workloads • Experience with insured and non-insured benefits • Intermediate Excel skills • Agility and responsiveness • Strong organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills
