📋 Description

• Monitor the performance and status of systems and key business indicators to ensure smooth operations • Identify and respond to system alerts, incidents, and unusual activities • Analyze issues and follow established procedures to troubleshoot and resolve them • Handle incidents independently or collaborate with other teams to find effective solutions • Communicate with Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Developers, and other departments to maintain service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts • Morning shift: 08:00–17:00 • Evening shift: 14:00–23:00 • Night shift: 23:00–08:00 • Ability to stay calm, focused, and make decisions in stressful situations • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn quickly and process large amounts of new information • Proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and motivation to grow professionally • Genuine interest in IT and technology • Good analytical and communication skills • Ability to follow instructions and established processes • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
