📋 Description

• Drive processes related to product definition, development, and launch • Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on product vision and core functionalities • Communicate product vision throughout the product development lifecycle • Define product features based on customer needs with internal and external stakeholders • Provide regular progress updates and present outcomes • Manage the product backlog • Break down high-level features into user stories and tasks • Define clear acceptance criteria and prioritize effectively • Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities • Monitor product progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment • Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies • Ability to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts • Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, spoken and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage details while maintaining the broader picture • Organized and formal approach to clear communication • Learning and continuous improvement mindset • Diplomatic and pragmatic approach to stakeholder management • Planning and visualization skills
