📋 Description

• Serve as the architectural point of reference for enterprise clients • Define and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy • Develop medium- and long-term evolution roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture • Guide the strategic adoption of ServiceNow features and products • Establish architectural standards and lead architecture reviews • Define reusable practices to ensure consistency across products and workflows • Structure governance frameworks and lead architectural review committees • Monitor adherence to architectural principles • Lead CMDB maturity and CSDM adoption initiatives • Establish data governance practices and improve service modeling and information quality • Assess platform health, identify weaknesses, and define remediation plans • Manage technical debt and strategies for platform maintenance, scalability, and sustainability • Define update strategies and release governance, assessing impacts and mitigating upgrade risks • Define enterprise integration strategies and API and middleware standards, and guide integrations with ERP, CRM, HR, Security, and third-party systems • Promote reusable integration standards • Advise clients on Now Assist and Generative AI • Support Agentic AI and automation strategies • Present strategies and roadmaps to senior leadership, conducting workshops and governance meetings • Act as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and platform leadership • Perform other duties related to the area

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow • Experience as a Platform Architect, Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Architect • Experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments • Experience engaging directly with executive stakeholders • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise architecture • Experience with governance frameworks, technical debt management, and update strategies • Knowledge of Core Platform, CMDB, CSDM, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog • Knowledge of the security model, instance lifecycle management, and data architecture • Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) • Experience with at least one of the following modules: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, FSM, or SPM • Knowledge of architectural governance, technical standards, platform scalability, and sustainability • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required • At least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification required • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced conversational English, including an interview stage conducted in English
