📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and grow a portfolio of large Food Service/AFH key accounts • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant chains, 5-star hotels, large-scale catering companies, and franchise cafés • Design sales strategies to meet revenue and sales volume targets • Identify and acquire new Horeca-sector clients to expand market share • Negotiate prices, commercial terms, partnership agreements, and promotional programs • Monitor culinary trends, competitor movements, and Food Service market needs • Provide strategic input to product and marketing teams • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Development, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and service delivery • Monitor client payments and ensure timely collection according to agreed credit terms

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing large client portfolios in the Food Service/AFH (Away From Home) industry • Experience with restaurant chains, 5-star hotels, large-scale catering companies, and franchise cafés • Ability to design sales strategies and achieve revenue and sales volume targets • Business development experience in the Horeca sector • Contract negotiation experience, including price negotiations, commercial terms, partnership agreements, and promotional programs • Ability to analyze culinary trends, competitor movements, and Food Service market needs • Ability to collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Development, and Logistics teams • Accounts receivable and collection management experience • Must apply through the official company job portal and verify official company-domain emails
