📋 Description

• Lead production operations at the plant and achieve SQCDSM objectives covering safety, quality, productivity, volume, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale • Implement the production strategy and ensure its effectiveness • Manage the transformation of operational teams through the implementation of integrated Lean Six Sigma, the Factory of the Future organization, and AM/PM maintenance models • Coach, mentor, and develop teams to build self-sufficient teams • Support manufacturing operating plans and annual objectives • Coach line managers and communicate plans, objectives, and performance indicators • Establish governance to monitor the operational performance and continuous improvement plan • Identify and manage improvements in technology, culture, capabilities, and operating systems • Ensure compliance with production, governance, regulatory, quality, food safety, GMP, HSE, sustainability, and legal requirements • Lead and manage the talent, capabilities, and engagement of the production team • Drive production KPIs, including OEE, yields, and losses, and implement action plans • Supervise, lead, and develop a team of team leaders and operators (50 to 200 employees, depending on the site) • Ensure product compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and IFS/BRC certifications • Deploy Lean/IL6S methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Prepare and monitor the production budget and optimize conversion costs • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure alignment between workload and capacity and adherence to the production plan • Participate in capital investment projects, line transfers, and new product launches • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and promote a zero-accident culture

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated operational and production leadership experience in the CPG industry • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong people management and leadership skills in a team environment • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and team training capabilities • Engineering degree or equivalent Master’s-level qualification (food science/engineering, industrial engineering, or general engineering) • At least 8 years of proven production management experience, ideally in the food industry • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies, including Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma • Hands-on leadership, with the ability to bring people together and support change • Results-oriented, rigorous, and analytical approach • Fluent English, in an international environment • Knowledge of industrial production and maintenance equipment • Project management skills • Strong financial and commercial acumen
