📋 Description

• Build sustainable business relationships with customers • Optimize base sales, product distribution, and promotional activities • Ensure strong product visibility in retail stores • Effectively apply sales skills and achieve field-sales KPIs and annual targets • Implement defined priorities for current marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, coupon promotions, promotions, seasonal pre-sales activities, and secondary placements • Drive distribution of listed products and new products • Agree on and implement shelf optimizations in accordance with the “Perfect Store” guidelines • Prepare customer visits • Conduct insight- and argumentation-based sales discussions, and implement and follow up on agreed measures with assigned customers • Utilize available budgets, including product samples, external merchandising support, and complaints and returns management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, a relevant degree, or relevant professional experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you are a team player • Good IT skills, including MS Office • Strong analytical thinking and negotiation experience • Field-sales experience, preferably in FMCG, is an advantage • Fluent in German; good English skills are desirable • A high level of passion, commitment, performance orientation, and willingness to learn • Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within your sales territory
