📋 Description

• Process and review shipment, accounting, and related operational documents accurately and in a timely manner using CargoWise • Assist with invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation activities • Monitor and follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required • Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management • Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders • Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries • Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field • Experience with CargoWise is an advantage • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong organizational and communication skills • Detail and results oriented with analytical mindset • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management skills • Adherence to compliance standards, policies and procedures
