📋 Description

• Define and execute the product innovation strategy for the Kraft Paper segment • Support cross-segment innovation projects • Lead development of new paper grades and applications for strategic markets and emerging customer needs • Increase use of internally produced papers in R&D projects across the value chain • Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, universities and research institutes • Collaborate with R&D, Operations and Sales experts to transform ideas into commercial solutions • Lead and develop the Kraft Paper R&D organization across Austria, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and potentially Canada • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across sites, functions and business segments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in R&D, product development or a comparable leadership role • Experience ideally within the paper, packaging or related manufacturing industry • Proven track record leading and executing complex R&D and innovation projects from concept through commercialization • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Creativity, curiosity and an open-minded approach to innovation • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Fluency in English required • Additional languages considered an advantage
