📋 Description

• Gather and challenge requirements from Product, Customer Management, and other stakeholders • Analyze business issues and translate them into functional solutions • Contribute to backlog definition and prioritization • Identify functional impacts and risks associated with changes • Write User Stories and functional specifications • Participate in estimating and planning changes with technical teams • Ensure the functional consistency of implemented solutions • Support teams throughout the development lifecycle through to production release • Provide expertise in Acceptance and Acquiring • Monitor industry developments and anticipate their impacts • Support colleagues on complex topics and share knowledge • Contribute to the collective advancement of payments expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) • At least 10 years of professional experience, including several years in payments or payment systems • Significant experience in Business Analysis / Business Ownership (MOA) • Strong experience analyzing and formalizing requirements • Comfortable working with both technical and business teams • Good knowledge of Acceptance / Acquiring environments • Experience writing functional specifications and working in an Agile environment • Knowledge of NEXO, CB2A, or ISO 8583 is a strong plus • Autonomous, curious, and detail-oriented • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
