📋 Description

• Accountable for project planning and execution, customer experience, and ensuring MongoDB delivery meets committed scope and budget • Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to plan and execute programs with ambiguous risks and challenges • Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders • Manage day-to-day project planning and execution, project scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results • Support pre-sale engagements by assisting with solution scoping and project scope definition • Contribute to continuous improvement of MongoDB engagement and project delivery methodologies • Lead project meetings, owning agendas and outcomes • Lead scope management, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines • Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagements • Forecast resource needs and revenue, manage stakeholders, outcomes, risks, expectations, and customer experience • Control internal and external budgets, project margin, resource utilization, and billability across the project portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience • 5+ years proven experience with enterprise-scale software solutions, large scale software engineering or consulting services delivery experience preferred • Demonstrated leadership skills within complex, transformative projects, with direct responsibility for leading project teams and delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget • Comfortable creating plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources • Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a track record of affecting change through stakeholder engagement • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Consulting and delivery experience serving banking and securities clients in Taiwan preferred • Certification or deep experience with standard frameworks such as PMI PMBOK or Scrum beneficial
