📋 Description

• Propose, design, implement, and support product features for the MongoDB Atlas API Platform and Atlas DevTools, including AtlasCLI • Build tooling that helps MongoDB users and developers succeed using Java, Go, Python, and Javascript/Typescript • Design and develop software integration components using MongoDB technologies in larger contexts and integrate them into partner frameworks or solutions • Mentor and provide technical guidance through code reviews, design reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing • Lead sophisticated projects end to end and break large efforts into incrementally shippable deliverables • Investigate and resolve customer problems, including complex cross-team escalations • Participate in the team’s Level 2 support rotation • Apply MongoDB’s core values to planning, designing, and coding • Contribute ideas to the team roadmap and improve team processes • Mentor other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of independently delivering complex projects and leading technical decisions • Interest in building systems that manage infrastructure at scale • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple teams, time zones, and with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to coordinate time, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent tasks without manager oversight • Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, or Javascript/Typescript, with ability to learn others • Experience building developer tooling, APIs, and/or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) integrations • Working knowledge of at least one major cloud infrastructure platform, such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure • No prior experience with MongoDB technologies required
