📋 Description

• Investigate fraud cases and determine appropriate outcomes based on available evidence. • Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends and emerging risks. • Document investigation findings and maintain accurate case records. • Support fund recovery efforts by engaging internal and external stakeholders. • Escalate complex or high-risk cases in a timely manner. • Recommend process and control improvements based on investigation findings. • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to resolve fraud-related issues. • Ensure investigations are completed within agreed service levels (SLAs).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 2–4 years' experience in fraud investigations, banking, fintech, or a related risk function. • Knowledge of digital payment fraud, transaction analysis, and fraud investigation techniques is an advantage.
