📋 Description

• Own video ads end to end, from brief and concept through art, AI generation, sound, editing, and delivery • Create gameplay-driven ads, story-driven narratives, scroll-stopping hooks, and reskins for Moon Active’s mobile game portfolio • Study ad performance data, market trends, and competitor creatives to develop stronger hooks, angles, and ideas • Ensure AI-generated output follows each game’s visual style guide, character roster, quality standards, brand identity, and IP/copyright guidelines • Research, test, and introduce emerging image, video, and audio models to improve creative workflows • Collaborate with teammates, Leads, and Creative Producers while raising issues early and communicating progress clearly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of practical, professional video production experience, including shooting, animation, motion design, 3D, or editing productions from start to finish • Hands-on experience with generative video and image platforms such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2, or similar • Ability to translate film fundamentals, including shot types, lenses, camera moves, lighting, and action beats, into precise AI generations • Strong command of After Effects for basic compositing, stitching shots, quick fixes, layers, masking, tracking, and color • Proficiency with Premiere for timeline and editing work • Proficiency with Photoshop for art and image work • Strong understanding of story, timing, emotion, color, composition, lighting, and anatomy • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving tools, work independently, solve problems creatively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Personal ownership of deliverables and clear communication with teammates, Leads, and Creative Producers • Portfolio/showreel link featuring AI-generated video work required; portfolio links are required for candidate contact • Availability to work within the CET ±3 time zone • English proficiency; English is the working language • Familiarity with ComfyUI, Claude Code, Cursor, Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, game UI, gameplay motion, and performance marketing is advantageous
