📋 Description

• Own the architecture of cloud infrastructure, designing scalable, highly available, and secure environments for the SaaS platform and backend services • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud services and endpoint agents across Windows and Linux • Define and drive Infrastructure as Code standards and best practices across R&D • Lead the design and operation of containerized workloads on Kubernetes in production • Build and improve observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes • Embed security and compliance into infrastructure and delivery processes (DevSecOps) • Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability as the platform scales • Collaborate with R&D, QA, research, and IT teams, and serve as a point of escalation for complex infrastructure challenges • Continuously evaluate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years in an architecture role • Extensive hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS and/or Azure), including networking, IAM, and security services • Strong production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform • Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell • Experience making critical technical decisions to balance business requirements, feasibility, and scalability • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience in a cybersecurity company or with security products • Experience building and signing Windows applications or drivers within CI/CD pipelines • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments • Hands-on experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits • Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or CKA
