📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to franchisees across the undergraduate and graduate education segments • Advise and guide franchisees regarding their key questions and challenges • Deliver training focused on sales, driving engagement to increase enrollment and student retention • Guide and encourage the implementation of semester campaign strategies • Support schools across administrative, academic, and operational functions • Analyze key metrics, including the sales funnel, income statement (DRE), revenue, student attrition, and delinquency • Conduct audits, meetings, and training sessions with franchisees • Participate in the brand’s key training programs and events • Define action plans to address and recover unit performance gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Full availability to travel throughout Brazil • Valid Category B driver’s license • Based in São Paulo, Campinas, or São José do Rio Preto • Technical or higher education qualification in a business-related field • Experience providing consulting services and training • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with sales routines, including sales funnels, targets, and commercial initiatives • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience in undergraduate education and franchising is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High school diploma
