📋 Description
• Conduct end-to-end headhunting processes, including market mapping, sourcing and direct candidate outreach, conducting interviews and technical and behavioral assessments, preparing candidate reports, negotiating offers and supporting the candidate through to hiring.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a headhunter in agencies specialized in middle management and executive placements. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (required). • Fluent English preferred. • Familiarity with AI tools preferred. • Strong communication skills, organized, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
