📋 Description

• Run discovery sessions to identify the 1–3 processes worth automating • Convert messy, undocumented processes into real specifications • Build agents on the deepagents-based harness, including tools, subagents, memory, and human-in-the-loop approvals • Integrate agents with client data while maintaining tenant isolation • Conduct shadow reviews until clients trust the agent • Ship the runbook and train the client’s team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in MSP operations (or 1+ year at MSPbots in a client-facing/delivery seat) • Code-literate; able to identify incorrect AI-generated code or SQL even when it runs • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn an undocumented process into a specification • Prior experience automating something, such as a script, workflow rule, or bot • Confident on camera with skeptical clients, including communicating when something is not ready to automate • Willing to work between 8 AM and 5 PM CST
